Congressman Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) last week joined Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) and Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX-28) for a virtual press conference to announce the introduction of bipartisan, bicameral legislation to respond to the surge in migrants coming across our southern border.
