U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) today voted in support of H.R. 1333, the National Origin-Based Antidiscrimination for Nonimmigrants, or NO BAN Act, legislation that narrows the President's ability to block immigration into the United States and discriminate against immigrants.
