WASHINGTON, April 22 -- Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, chairwoman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, issued the following news release:
The American Lung Association (ALA) released their annual "State of the Air" report. For the past 22 years, the ALA has analyzed data from official air quality monitors to compile this report.
