NEWARK, New Jersey, April 22 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Rachael A. Honig, issued the following news release on April 21, 2021:

A Middlesex County, New Jersey, man today admitted fraudulently receiving Payment Protection Program (PPP) funds and depositing a stolen and altered U.S. Treasury check, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig announced today.
