WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following opening remarks on April 20, 2021, at markup of the No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act (H.R. 2393) of 2021:
