WASHINGTON, April 20 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) sent a letter to Dept. of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas urging him to allow the reconstruction of levees along the Rio Grande to protect South Texas from flood damage ahead of hurricane season.
