WASHINGTON, April 15 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement after it was announced that all U.S. troops will be withdrawn from Afghanistan before September 11, 2021.
"An endless war is not the solution for Afghanistan or our troops. Our men and women in uniform have bravely served our country. Service members and their families have sacrificed far too much.
