Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has begun accepting applications for funeral assistance for eastern Connecticut residents who lost loved ones to COVID-19. The new COVID-19 Funeral Assistance Program allows Connecticut residents who paid for funeral expenses after January 20, 2020, for an individual whose death may have been cause . . .
