Rep. Donald M. Payne, Jr., Chairman of the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials, promoted the need to fund the Gateway Program today when he met with President Biden to discuss the nation's infrastructure and Biden's American Jobs Plan.
