SHERMAN, Texas, April 6 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, Nicholas J. Ganjei, issued the following news release on April 5, 2021:
A Carrollton, Texas man has pleaded guilty to federal violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei today.
Moses Moreira, 42, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud on April 1, 2021 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Christine A. Nowak.
