PORTLAND, Oregon, April 3 (TNSPol) -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on April 1, 2021:

The Center for Biological Diversity filed suit today over the Trump administration's failure to provide Endangered Species Act protection to 10 species it admitted needed them. The species that have been kept waiting are the monarch butterfly, eastern gopher tortoise, Penasco least chipmunk, longfin smelt, three Texas mussels, magnificent ramshorn snail, brac . . .
