AUSTIN, Texas, April 1 (TNSPol) -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release on March 31, 2021:
The Court of Criminal Appeals today granted review of the case of Crystal Mason, who was sentenced to five years in prison for filling out a provisional ballot that was never counted in the 2016 election.
