WASHINGTON, March 31 -- The National Transportation Safety Board issued the following news release:
Vessel speed was a factor in the 2019 collision between a liquefied propane gas tanker and a barge in the Houston Ship Channel that resulted in the release of 11,000 barrels of petrochemicals, the National Transportation Safety Board said Tuesday.
