EAST LANSING, Michigan, March 27 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Great Lakes Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Michigan's total hog and pig inventory on March 1 was estimated at 1.31 million head, up 70,000 head from a year ago, according to Marlo Johnson, Regional Director of the USDA NASS, Great Lakes Region.
