WASHINGTON, March 27 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) entered into a stipulation agreement with Dustin Conley (Conley) of Cooper, Texas, on March 23, 2021, for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act. Under the terms of the stipulation agreement, Conley waived his rights to a hearing and paid a civil penalty of $1,450.
