As the April 1st deadline for approval of New York State's final budget nears, Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1) joined Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt and members of the Senate Republican Conference in calling on Governor Andrew Cuomo to restore funding for the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran Peer Support Program, release the money without delay, and make it a permanent part of the state budg . . .
