WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release on March 24, 2021:

U.S. Reps. Fred Upton (R-MI) and Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) today led the reintroduction of a bipartisan, bicameral bill to help more students and workers afford high-quality workforce training and credentialing programs.
