Rep. Donald M. Payne, Jr. released the following statement regarding the tragic shooting at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder, CO on March 22, 2021. A 21-year-old suspect has been arrested for the incident in which 10 people were killed, including Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley, 51.
