HOUSTON, Texas, March 20 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Jennifer B. Lowery, issued the following news release on March 18, 2021:
A doctor of osteopathic medicine from Bellaire has paid to resolve allegations he falsely certified patients for home health services and received improper payments, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Jennifer B. Lowery.
