WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on March 19, 2021:
Today the House of Representatives voted to pass a bipartisan resolution introduced by Congressman Andy Levin (D-MI) and Congressman Steve Chabot (R-OH), condemning the February 1 coup by the Burmese military (Tatmadaw) and calling for the Tatmadaw to release all political prisoners.
