WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Paul D. Tonko, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Paul D. Tonko sent a blistering letter to U.S. Postal Service Postmaster General Louis DeJoy expressing deep frustrations about significant mail delays being felt in the Capital Region and demanding explanations on operational changes the Postmaster General has made to the agency that are causing these delays.
