WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Rep. Jefferson Van Drew, R-New Jersey, issued the following news release on March 18, 2021:
The White House confirmed that the Biden Administration is finalizing plans to give 4 million of the 7 million releasable doses the United States currently has in supply of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine to Mexico and Canada. Of these 4 million doses, it has been reported that 2.5 million will be sent to Mexico and 1.5 million will be sent to Canada.
