Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX) reintroduced the Biometric Identification Transnational Migration Alert Program (BITMAP) Authorization Act, which would authorize a successful Department of Homeland Security program that prevents dangerous criminals and protentional terrorists from entering our country through biometric identification.
