WASHINGTON, March 9 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph, invites high school students living in Michigan's Sixth Congressional District to participate in the 2021 Congressional Art Competition (CAC). The winner will have their artwork hang in the U.S. Capitol for an entire year along with the winners of the award from districts across the United States.
The 2020 winner was Audrey Blough with her art calle . . .
