Congressman Gregory W. Meeks issued the following statement regarding the rejected proposal to reduce the capacity of St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway:
"I'm very pleased to announce that through collective efforts with Governor Cuomo's office and local officials, St. John's Episcopal Hospital will not be downsizing as the New York Health Department and ToneyKor . . .
