HOUSTON, Texas, March 5 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release on March 4, 2021:
The ACLU of Texas and ACLU national today filed complaints with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights and the Department of Justice's Educational Opportunities Section on behalf of two Native American male students.
