WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Rep. Tomaz Malinowski, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
The House of Representatives passed H.R. 1280, the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. This comprehensive legislation combats racial bias and promotes greater accountability in policing to increase trust between law enforcement officers and the communities they are sworn to protect.
