WASHINGTON, March 5 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) reached a consent decision against Richard Gresham d/b/a H&D Cattle Company (Gresham) of Cushing, Texas, on Jan. 25, 2021, for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.
An investigation by USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) revealed that Gresham failed to pay $289,286 wh . . .
