WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Rep. Grace Meng, D-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY) and U.S. Senators Tina Smith (D-Minn) and Thom Tillis (R-NC) reintroduced their bipartisan bill in the House and Senate to secure health care benefits for "Atomic Veterans" who were exposed to harmful radiation when they cleaned up nuclear testing sites during the late 1970s.
