Rep. Jack Bergman (R-MI) joined Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) in introducing the bipartisan, bicameral Great Lakes Winter Commerce Act, a bill that would clearly define the U.S. Coast Guard's (USCG) responsibility for icebreaking on the Great Lakes.
