Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09) joined Reps. Ro Khanna (CA-17), Rashida Tlaib (MI-13) and 20 other progressive members of Congress in sending a letter to President Joe Biden & Vice President Kamala Harris urging them to render their own decision as the representatives of the American people that a $15 minimum wage can be included in the American Rescue Plan under the Senate's current rules.
