WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Rep. Chris Smith, R-New Jersey, issued the following remarks on Feb. 28, 2021 in the House during the debate on COVID-19 appropriations bill on Feb. 26, 2021:
An analysis by the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget shows that approximately $1 trillion of previously appropriated COVID-19 relief funds have not been spent.
