DALLAS, Texas, Feb. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics - Southwest Regional Information Office issued the following report on Feb. 26, 2021, entitled "Alternative Measures of Labor Underutilization in Louisiana - 2020":
