WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Rep. Tomaz Malinowski, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
The House of Representatives passed the Equality Act to ensure LGBTQ Americans are guaranteed full protections under the law. Representative Malinowski is an original cosponsor of this landmark legislation which would extend anti-discrimination protections to LGBTQ Americans, including employment, education, access to credit, jury service, federal funding, housing and public accommodations . . .
