HOUSTON, Texas, Feb. 25 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release:
A district court has granted a request by Texas to continue blocking the Biden administration's 100-day pause on some deportations.
The court had previously halted the pause for 14 days, and then extended its order to 28 days.
