BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Feb. 25 (TNSPer) -- Ochsner Health System issued the following news release:

Ochsner Baton Rouge welcomes pediatrician James Wayne, M.D., to Ochsner Health Center - O'Neal.

After completing undergraduate studies at the U.S. Military Academy, Dr. Wayne earned a medical degree in 2000 from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed a pediatric internship and residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consort . . .
