WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26), who serves as Co-Chair of the Congressional Northern Border Caucus, welcomed the bilateral meeting between United States President Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
In December, Higgins asked the incoming Biden Administration to prioritize coordination along the Northern Border. The new Administration has followed through.
