LAFAYETTE, Louisiana, Feb. 23 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexander C. Van Hook, issued the following news release on Feb. 22, 2021:
Acting United States Attorney Alexander C. Van Hook announced that a federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging a Cameron Parish company and 12 individuals with illegal harvesting and selling raw oysters in violation of the Lacey Act.
