As Arctic weather brings extreme winter to the central and southern United States -- across Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas -- Black, Indigenous, immigrants, poor communities and communities of color are disproportionately bearing the brunt of this climate destruction.
