EAST LANSING, Michigan, Feb. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Great Lakes Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Potato Stocks in Michigan on Feb 1, 2021, were estimated at 7.3 million hundredweight (cwt), down 8 percent from last year's 7.9 million cwt. February's stocks represent 41 percent of the total production. Stocks include potatoes stored by both processors and growers.
