WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on Feb. 17, 2021, regarding the North Atlantic Treaty Organization defense ministerial meetings:
