Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and John Cornyn (R-Texas) on Friday introduced the Stopping Doctor Shortages Act, a bill to close a loophole in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program that excludes from eligibility certain physicians employed in California and Texas.
