GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, Feb. 13 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, Andrew Birge, issued the following news release on Feb. 10, 2021:

U.S. Attorney Andrew Birge announced today that Kenneth Nash, the owner of a South Haven home health agency, was sentenced to sixty-three months in federal prison.
