U. S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, alongside U.S. Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Tina Smith (D-MN), and Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA), introduced legislation to address systemic discrimination within U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal agriculture policy.
