WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Filemon Vela announced that the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBCW) will allocate $1.2 million to fund vegetation removal of the Arroyo Colorado to improve the flood flow capacity in the Harlingen region.
