U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09), New Jersey's only member of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, today reintroduced his updated legislation to fully repeal the federal cap on state and local tax (SALT) deduction imposed by the Trump Tax Law of 2017.
