ERIE COUNTY, New York, Feb. 8 -- Rep. Chris Jacobs, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Chris Jacobs (NY-27) is announcing a $3,822,544 grant has been awarded to the Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse of Livingston County.
