Congressman Filemon Vela (D-TX) announced that the San Benito Housing Authority and the Community Development Corporation of Brownsville have received over $1 million in Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) Affordable Housing Program (AHP) subsidies.
