WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Rep. Burgess Owens, R-Utah, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) and Rep. Rick Allen (GA-12) this week introduced the Education Freedom Scholarships and Opportunity Act.
