WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Feb. 5, 2021:

Rep. Donald M. Payne, Jr. wrote a letter to President Joe Biden yesterday to make the testing and removal of lead in school drinking water a primary concern in his administration.
